Jacob Coburn is the Knowledge Exchange Manager for The Young Foundation. He has a background in Climate and net zero research and policy development and has worked on a range of thematic topics including Just transition, Retrofit, Green Skills and Employment, Sustainable Agriculture and Scaling Up Low Carbon Sectors. Before joining the Institute Jacob worked as a policy adviser for the Climate Change Committee, the Local Government Association, and for Devon County Council and Hearts of the South-West LEP. His role in the centre is to work with the research, policy and impact teams to recognise how the centre can utilise its findings to support policy makers across the UK.
